Saving for your child’s education is one of the best investments you can make in their future. Find out how you can make the most of your education dollars with an ASG education fund.
A good quality education is key to setting your child up for life which is why both Kate & I have education funds with Australian Scholarships Group (ASG).
It’s simple, put away as little as $2 per day into your child’s fund, and at pre-determined educational milestones, you receive lump-sum payments to help you pay for all the big ticket items like fees, uniforms, lap-tops, textbooks, sports gear and other education expenses.
There are several types of ASG funds to choose from including the new Pathway Education Fund. The Pathway Education Fund can be set up to financially support your child through all stages of their education from pre-school to tertiary/vocational. The Pathway Education Fund is flexible so you can choose when you’d like your payments returned to you.
Both Kate & I contribute to an ASG Education Fund and Kate has just received her first payment which has been used to pay for typical costs associated with starting high school. I also make additional payments to the ASG Supplementary Education Fund so that my children will receive an additional scholorship to support them through university or TAFE.
To support our families through all stages of education, ASG also provides a library of online resources which covers every question you can think of about your child’s education. Everything from choosing the right school, to building resilience and tackling bullying to supporting your child choose a career they love.
Kate & I both choose ASG because it’s a member-owned fund so all profits are returned to members, it’s an education fund so it’s tax effective, funds are secured & safe and, finally, ASG has supported 520,000 children, just like ours, through their education since it’s inception in 1974.
You can find out more about ASG and the different education funds it offers online. Or follow ASG on Facebook to keep up to date on all the latest news and get great tips on how to get the most from education related resources available to you & your child.
