And now for something completely different! Bugaboo’s latest stroller collaboration is with the wonderful Van Gough museum in Amsterdam. It’s an interpretation of Van Gogh’s Almond Blossom into a new range for the Bugaboo 3.
I’m not convinced it’s for everyone and I’m sure there are some Van Gogh devotees out there who view this latest bugaboo collaboration as sacrilege, but I’ve got to say, I really like the way Bugaboo have reinterpreted this masterpiece for modern, everyday living.
The Van Gogh Bee3 complete comes in a dark green chassis with matching faux leather handle cover, and the seat colour and hood are the petrol colour, the hood featuring Van Gough’s blossom design. You can also get a bassinet in the petrol blue.
For those of us who want to be a bit more subtile or convert our current Bugaboo’s, a sun canopy, seat fabric and footmuff will also be available.
The Bugaboo Bee Van Gogh collection is available for pre-order (with an unspecified April delivery date) at The Baby Village. The complete Bee3 is priced at $1149, the bassinet $340, the breezy sun canopy $119.99 and the footmuff $229.99.
