As a brand, it’s hard to differentiate yourself in the stroller & pram market these days. There’s a standard set of functions, designs and materials. But what happens when you fundamentally change one of them?
Today I found out when I got a sneak peak of the newest stroller brand to make it to our shores : Greentom. So what makes Greentom strollers so different? It’s simple. Seriously, Greentom strollers are simple.
A commitment to construct their strollers & prams from 100% recycled materials has led to the unique look, feel & function of Greentom strollers.
The whole stroller, from top to bottom, is made from recycled materials. Including PET bottles for the chassis and soft drink bottles for the fabric.
Forget suspension, adjustable handles and footrests, heavily padded seats, metal chassis and peak-a-boo windows.
Embrace an incredibly light and durable chassis, super simple operation and a unique look (the white chassis & light grey textiles is a stand out combination but will not be available in Australia).
The Greentom range will include the Upp Classic stroller for children from 6 months and the Upp Combination which is a fully functioning pram with a bassinet option.
Check out our sneak peak photos from the Greentom launch. We’ll have more details closer to the release date.
Greentom strollers will be available from September with prices starting at $549 for the Upp Classic. For more details on availablilty dates visit The Amazing Baby Company.
