phil&teds airlight, emotion, parade, metro & escape baby carriers

phil&teds have just revamped their carrier range. In addition to 3 new carrier options (including the super light weight airlight), phil&teds have also updated their metro & escape carriers.

Bam! In a single move, phil&teds have introduced a range of baby carriers that meet every need you could possibly have (+ a few you never knew existed!).

Travelling : try the airlight …

It weights 40gms & folds super small (about the size of a water bottle). The phil&teds airlight will accommodate your baby from birth (comes complete with detachable infant booster) & offers front & back carrying positions. The airlight features lots of ventilation, and for something different, zips right up the front. The zip also features a safety lock to keep your baby safe & secure. The phil&teds airlight carrier comes in 6 colours; sand, aqua, leaf, orange, scarlet & black and is priced at $69.

For the traditionalist : try the emotion …

Ergonomically designed to support both you & your baby (from birth to 15kgs) in all the right places, the emotion offers 2 front carrying positions, facing in & facing the world. The emotion has 2 unique features, a vest style design which allows you to fully adjust the carrier before you put your baby in it & a clip system which guides the clips closed without you having to see them. The phil&teds emotion carrier comes in sand, midnight blue, black & scarlet and is priced at $89.95.

For your bigger baby : try the parade …

Featuring a lightweight aluminium frame, the phil&ted parade carrier stands on its own so you can easily get your baby in & out. Suitable for your child from the time they are sitting, the parade offers a back carrying position. For easy transport, the parade folds flat and weight in at 2kgs. As you’d expect for a carrier deigned for bigger children, the parade boasts many comfort features including a padded waist & shoulder straps. The phil&teds parade carrier comes in orange/grey & blue/grey and is priced at $139.

Instead of the stroller : try the metro …

For longer trips, the metro features additional lumbar support and ventilation panels and easily adjusts to different sized parents so you can share the load. Also featuring a light-weight frame, the metro comes complete with a hood & rain shield (the metro itself is waterproof) and has a number of large pockets for essentials. The metro stands independently so that you can load your child (from 6 months up to 3 years) and hoist them onto your back as easily as possible. The phil&teds metro carrier comes in blue/grey & charcoal/grey and is priced at $179.

Go off-road : try the escape …

The escape has everything you need for a day off the beaten track. IT comes complete with a roomy seat, a waterproof hood, a removable day pack, a mirror (so you can check in on your child), a hydration system + a bottle pocket, a change mat and last (but not least) stirrups for your child’s feet (to maintain blood circulation). The escape also boasts some heavy duty comfort features for parents including a ‘body-tech’ harness and super heavy duty, ergonomic waist belt. For your child (from 6 months to 3 years), the escape features a mouldable head rest and a soft, supportive harness. The phil&teds escape carrier comes in red/grey & charcoal/grey and is priced at $229.

Don’t like dribble? Neither do phil&teds, they’ve also released a bib accessory for the airlight & emotion carriers. You can have a dribble free trip for $20 per pack of 2.The full range of phil&teds baby carriers are available now at Baby Bunting with other phil&teds stockists to follow.
