With much fan-fare Bugaboo have released the lasted upgrade of their Bugaboo Bee stroller, the Bee5. The Bee5 has 100 design improvements but it’s the improved ability to customise the Bee5’s looks that is the show-stopper.
Don’t worry, you didn’t miss the Bee4. Clearly Bugaboo are so in love with their new Bee that they decided to skip 4 and go straight to 5.
And why wouldn’t they? With 100 design improvements, the Bee5 is looking smarter than ever.
Improvements include redesigning the suspension to improve manourverability, a newly designed seat cover which makes it easier change over & clean and integrated accessories attachment points which means you no longer need to use adaptors.
But it’s the ability to customise your Bee5 that’s getting Bugaboo really excited. The Bee5 will come in 3 different collections with the ability to mix & match like never before.
The core collection is the basic model. It includes;
- Seat unit – black
- Chassis finish – aluminium
- Hood – black, green, blue, yellow, red, pink
- Handle bar – (leather) – cognac brown, dark brown, black
- Wheel colour – white or dark red
Pay extra for each option from the premium collection which includes
- Seat unit – blue melange, green melange, red melange and grey melange
- Chassis finish – black
- Hood – blue melange, grey melange, red melange
Or pay extra extra for options from the signature collection which includes some great prints including
- Seat unit – botanic
- Hood – botanic & waves
The Bee5 retains the same functions of the Bee3 with a reversible seat, height adjustable handle, extendable hood, lockable swivel wheels with suspension, adjustable seat height and footrest and compact fold.
The Bee5 will be available in all it’s glory from 1 March. It’s priced at $1,079 for the basic stroller in with the core collection options. Add $350 for the Bee5 bassinet.
